chore(config): Update .gitignore and .env.example (#76)
- 简化 .gitignore 中的 DS_Store 规则，移除冗余配置
- 新增 dump.rdb 与 backend/.env.example 忽略规则
- 创建 backend/.env.example 示例配置文件
