# Third-party Material and Citations
Last reviewed: 2026-08-16.
This register distinguishes repository-owned material from third-party sources. A link is not a transfer of rights. Contributors must add or update an entry when adding external media, a substantial quotation, a dataset, or a product capability claim.
| Material or claim | Location | Source / rights holder | Status and use | Accessed |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| CEFR global scale | CEFR chapters and `docs/assets/CEFR@2x.png` | [Council of Europe](https://www.coe.int/en/web/common-european-framework-reference-languages/table-1-cefr-3.3-common-reference-levels-global-scale) | Paraphrased with attribution; stored legacy chart should be replaced if redistribution terms cannot be confirmed | 2026-08-16 |
| Learning styles evidence review | Learning-principles and vocabulary chapters | [Pashler et al.](https://bjorklab.psych.ucla.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/13/2016/07/Pashler_McDaniel_Rohrer_Bjork_2009_PSPI.pdf) | Linked research; short paraphrase, no paper stored | 2026-08-16 |
| Vocabulary coverage research | Vocabulary chapters | [Nation (2006)](https://doi.org/10.3138/cmlr.63.1.59) and linked papers | Linked research; paraphrased with limitations | 2026-08-16 |
| ChatGPT Study Mode and Projects | AI chapters | [OpenAI Study Mode](https://openai.com/index/chatgpt-study-mode/) and [Projects Help](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/10169521-projects-in-chatgpt) | Product facts paraphrased and dated; availability may change | 2026-08-16 |
| Gemini learning features | AI chapters | [Google Gemini Help](https://support.google.com/gemini/answer/16448384) | Product facts paraphrased with region/account limits | 2026-08-16 |
| Claude Projects | AI chapters | [Anthropic Help](https://support.claude.com/en/articles/9517075-what-are-projects) | Product facts paraphrased with plan limits | 2026-08-16 |
| Wayback blog snapshots | `docs/threads/archive/` and English translations | Internet Archive snapshots linked on each page; original text copyright belongs to the author | Restored author text; snapshots remain linked, not bundled | 2026-08-16 |
| Remote Wikimedia images | Legacy chapter links | Wikimedia Commons item linked by each image URL | Hotlinked for context; not bundled or relicensed | 2026-08-16 |
| Book-cover image | Reading chapters | Douban-linked publisher cover | Hotlinked for identification; not bundled or relicensed | 2026-08-16 |
| YouTube and product names/logos | Resource lists | Respective publishers and trademark owners | Links and nominative references only; no endorsement implied | 2026-08-16 |
| Original guide illustrations | `docs/assets/*@2x.svg`, `feature*.svg`, `speaking-practice.svg`, `vocabulary-cat-concepts.svg` | byoungd / project contributors | Included in the content-license scope | 2026-08-16 |
| Author project screenshots and visit photos | `docs/projects.md`, `docs/en/projects.md` | Author-provided media | Used for disclosure and personal record; not evidence of third-party endorsement | 2026-08-16 |
## Contribution Requirements
For new third-party material, record the creator, canonical URL, license or permission, modification status, and access date. Do not commit media whose redistribution rights are unknown. Prefer a text link, an original replacement, or openly licensed media. Remove EXIF and location metadata before committing any photograph.

# Changelog
All notable project-level changes are documented here. Content pages retain their own `updated` date.
## Unreleased
### Added
- VitePress static site with bilingual navigation, local search, page metadata, sitemap, and legacy hash-route migration.
- Learning-state, weekly-review, and English-diagnostic templates.
- CEFR can-do goals and 7-day, 30-day, and 12-week plans.
- Full English counterparts for entrepreneurship, archives, and word lists.
- Dual licensing, attribution register, contribution, conduct, security, and support policies.
- CI checks, scheduled link validation, image-metadata checks, and Playwright smoke tests.
### Changed
- Replaced learning-pyramid percentages, learning-style matching, fixed vocabulary-coverage claims, and fixed review intervals with evidence-aware guidance.
- Reframed AI chapters around tasks and portable state instead of a preferred provider.
- Moved affiliated products to a disclosure page and removed unnecessary public contact details.
### Removed
- Docsify runtime and unpinned CDN dependencies.
- Public references to unverified third-party and child photographs, private messages, medical records, and QR-code contact images.

# Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct
## Our Pledge
We pledge to make participation in this project a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, experience, education, socioeconomic status, nationality, appearance, race, caste, colour, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We will act in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.
## Expected Behaviour
- Demonstrate empathy and kindness.
- Respect differing opinions, experiences, and language levels.
- Give and gracefully accept constructive feedback.
- Focus criticism on claims and work, not people.
- Protect privacy and avoid pressuring anyone to disclose personal history.
- Accept responsibility, apologise, and repair harm when possible.
## Unacceptable Behaviour
Harassment, sexualised attention, insults, threats, stalking, doxxing, publishing private information, sustained disruption, and other conduct inappropriate in a professional community are not tolerated.
## Enforcement
Report conduct concerns privately through the process in `SECURITY.md`. Maintainers may edit, reject, remove, lock, or ban contributions and participants when conduct threatens the community. Reports will be handled with discretion, conflicts of interest will be disclosed, and retaliation is prohibited.
This policy adapts the [Contributor Covenant 2.1](https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/1/code_of_conduct.html), licensed under CC BY 4.0.

# Contributing
Thank you for improving this open-content project. Contributions should make a claim more accurate, a task more executable, a translation more faithful, or the site easier and safer to use.
## Before Opening a Pull Request
1. Use Node 24: `nvm use` or your preferred version manager.
2. Install exactly from the lock file: `npm ci`.
3. Create a focused branch and avoid unrelated formatting or media changes.
4. Run `npm run sync` after changing navigation, the Chinese homepage, or a Chinese word list.
5. Run `npm run check`, `npm run docs:build`, and `npm run test:smoke`.
## Content Standard
- Separate research findings, personal experience, and hypotheses.
- For factual or product claims, prefer primary sources and include an access/update date.
- State population, conditions, outcome, and uncertainty when summarising research.
- Do not present medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or safety content as professional advice.
- Every public Chinese page needs a complete English counterpart, and vice versa. Preserve meaning rather than translating word for word.
- Add `title`, `description`, and `updated: YYYY-MM-DD` frontmatter to new narrative pages.
- Write useful image alt text. Decorative images should normally be omitted rather than given meaningless alt text.
## Navigation and Generated Files
Edit `docs/.vitepress/navigation.mjs` as the navigation source. `SUMMARY.md`, `docs/SUMMARY.md`, and `docs/en/SUMMARY.md` are generated by `scripts/sync-navigation.mjs`.
Edit Chinese word lists under `docs/threads/word-list/`; English list pages are generated. Edit `docs/README.md`; the root `README.md` mirror is generated with repository-relative links.
CI rejects unsynchronised generated files.
## Privacy and Media
- Do not submit precise location, identity documents, private contact details, private messages, health records, customer/student data, or secrets.
- Obtain explicit permission before publishing identifiable third parties, especially children, former partners, patients, students, employees, or bystanders.
- Strip EXIF, GPS, device, and capture-time metadata before committing media.
- Document source and redistribution permission in `ATTRIBUTIONS.md`.
- Prefer WebP for photographic images; keep text and diagrams as accessible SVG or optimised PNG where appropriate.
For a privacy concern already present in the repository, use the private process in `SECURITY.md`, not a public issue.
## Pull Request Description
Explain the problem, evidence/source, changed pages and both languages, privacy/licensing impact, and commands run. Screenshots are useful for layout changes at 375px and 1280px.
By contributing, you agree that content is contributed under CC BY-NC 4.0 and code under MIT according to `LICENSE.md`, unless a file clearly states another compatible license.

# Licensing Scope
This repository is an **open-content project**. It contains two separately licensed categories.
## Content: CC BY-NC 4.0
Unless a file or entry in `ATTRIBUTIONS.md` says otherwise, prose, translations, original diagrams, learning templates, and author-created media under these paths are licensed under the [Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License](LICENSE-CONTENT.md):
- `README.md`, `MAINTENANCE.md`, and repository policy/documentation Markdown;
- `docs/**/*.md`;
- author-created media in `docs/assets/`.
Attribution should name `byoungd and contributors`, link to `https://github.com/byoungd/up`, identify the source page, link the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, and indicate changes. Commercial use is not granted by this license; request separate permission from the relevant copyright holder.
## Code: MIT
Site configuration, theme code, automation, tests, build scripts, and CI configuration are licensed under the [MIT License](LICENSE-CODE.md), including:
- `docs/.vitepress/`;
- `scripts/`;
- `tests/`;
- `.github/workflows/`;
- JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, JSON, YAML, and configuration files used to build or check the site.
## Third-party Material
Third-party quotations, linked images, product marks, book covers, screenshots, and restored archival material remain subject to their own rights. They are not relicensed by this repository. See [ATTRIBUTIONS.md](ATTRIBUTIONS.md) for source, status, and access date.
CC BY-NC restricts commercial use, while the Open Source Definition does not allow discrimination against fields of endeavour. Therefore the project should not be described broadly as OSI-approved open-source software. The code portion is MIT-licensed open-source software; the repository as a whole is an open-content project.

`docs/.vitepress/navigation.mjs` 是中英文导航的唯一来源。修改导航后运行:
```bash
git status -sb
git diff --check
rg -n "2026-03-20|Learning with AI \\(2026 Edition\\)|利用 AI 学习(2026 版)|WIP|2025 Note|byoungd.github.io/English-level-up-tips" README.md SUMMARY.md docs -g '*.md' -g '*.html'
npm run sync
```
如需检查本地 Markdown 链接,可运行一个只读脚本扫描相对链接是否存在;遇到 URL 编码路径时记得先做 `decodeURI`。
该命令会同步:
- 根目录 `SUMMARY.md`;
- `docs/SUMMARY.md`;
- `docs/en/SUMMARY.md`;
- 根目录 `README.md`;
- 英文词表镜像;
- VitePress `public`
1. 运行 `npm ci`、`npm run check`、`npm run docs:build` 和 `npm run test:smoke`。
2. 在拉取请求的 `site-preview` 构建产物中检查待发布站点。
3. 合并到 `master` 后,由 GitHub Pages Actions 工作流部署。
4. 部署后检查中文首页、英文首页、代表性章节、搜索、语言切换和旧 hash 跳转。
GitHub Actions

[![GitHub stars](https://img.shields.io/github/stars/byoungd/up?style=flat&logo=github&label=Stars)](https://github.com/byoungd/up) [![Content license](https://img.shields.io/badge/content-CC%20BY--NC%204.0-lightgrey.svg)](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/)
- **研究结论**:给出来源,并说明适用边界;
- **个人经验**:保留真实故事,但不声称人人适用;

- 想系统提升英语,却一次次被单词、听力、口语或写作拦在门外的人;
- 想把 AI 真正请进学习现场,而不是只让它偶尔翻译两句话、代写一段文案的人;
- 想重新整理学习节奏、行动系统和长期成长方法的人;
- 对创业、写作、低谷恢复和个人复盘感兴趣,愿意从他人的弯路里借一点光的人;
- 已经吃过“只收藏、不行动”苦头,想把知识真正变成能力、作品和结果的人。
1. 用 [英语能力诊断](docs/templates/english-diagnostic.md) 或自己的真实任务确定起点。
2. 把目标、证据和下一步写进 [学习状态](docs/templates/learning-state.md)。
3. 只选一个 25–45 分钟任务,完成可检查的输出,而不是继续收集资料。
4. 一周后用 [每周复盘](docs/templates/weekly-review.md) 看证据,再调整难度与频率。
## 推荐阅读路线
## 英语学习系统
第一次阅读时,不必把它当作一本必须从头翻到尾的书。你可以先问自己:此刻最卡住我的,到底是哪一环?然后沿着下面的路径进入:
先读 [CEFR 目标与自测](docs/threads/part-1/0-cefr.md),用“我能完成什么任务”而不是模糊的词汇量或考试印象判断水平。
1. **英语学习主线**:如果你不知道怎么开始,先读[认知篇](docs/threads/part-1/1-understanding.md)和[单词篇](docs/threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md);如果你输入不够,读[听力篇](docs/threads/part-1/3-listening.md)和[阅读篇](docs/threads/part-1/4-reading.md);如果你表达不出来,读[口语篇](docs/threads/part-1/5-speaking.md)和[写作篇](docs/threads/part-1/6-writing.md)。
2. **AI 学习与能力升级主线**:如果你想用 AI 学习职业技能、编程、写作、考试证书或行业研究,先读[使用 AI 学习一切(2026-06 版)](docs/threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md),再读[用 AI 学英语(2026-06 版)](docs/threads/part-1/7-ai.md)看它如何落到具体训练场景。
3. **人生复盘与创业主线**:如果你想了解这份指南背后的经历,读[我的故事](docs/threads/part-2/my-story.md)、[创业篇:从野心到使命](docs/threads/part-2/entrepreneurship.md)和[十年前的博客归档](docs/threads/archive/README.md),看看一份学习笔记如何慢慢长成一段人生复盘。
| 环节 | 章节 | 本轮应留下的证据 |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 校准 | [认知篇](docs/threads/part-1/1-understanding.md) | 一个具体场景、基线样本和 12 周目标 |
| 词汇 | [词汇篇](docs/threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md) | 20 个能听懂、读懂并在句子中使用的词块 |
| 听力 | [听力篇](docs/threads/part-1/3-listening.md) | 一段听写、复述和错误分类 |
| 阅读 | [阅读篇](docs/threads/part-1/4-reading.md) | 一页批注、五句摘要和一个迁移问题 |
| 口语 | [口语篇](docs/threads/part-1/5-speaking.md) | 录音、转写和第二版重录 |
| 写作 | [写作篇](docs/threads/part-1/6-writing.md) | 初稿、反馈清单和修订稿 |
| AI | [用 AI 学英语](docs/threads/part-1/7-ai.md) | 可复用提示词、错题记录和学习状态更新 |
如果只想快速开始,建议今天就做三件事:读完[认知篇](docs/threads/part-1/1-understanding.md),选定一个具体学习目标,再用[使用 AI 学习一切(2026-06 版)](docs/threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md)给自己设计一周训练计划。
词表只是查阅材料,不是学习目标。需要时可进入 [通用词表](docs/threads/word-list/Common.md) 与各技术主题词表。
## 如何使用本指南
## AI 学习与工作能力
- **第一次读**:先按上面的三条主线选一条,不要急着打开所有链接。
- **按目标查**:遇到具体问题时,把对应章节当成工具箱,例如单词、听力、AI 学习、写作或创业复盘。
- **按周执行**:每周只选一个小目标,读一章,做一个练习,留下一个可检查的输出。
- **定期复盘**:隔一段时间回来重读,你会发现同一段文字在不同阶段会给出不同答案。
[使用 AI 学习一切](docs/threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md)采用按任务选择的工作流:
## 人生进阶路线图
- 需要循序提问、知识检查时,使用带引导学习能力的对话;
- 需要长期材料、作品、错误和上下文时,使用项目空间并维护本地状态文件;
- 需要有来源的研究时,优先选择能回到原始材料的检索或资料库;
你可以阅读 [我的故事](docs/threads/part-2/my-story.md)、[创业篇](docs/threads/part-2/entrepreneurship.md) 和 [旧文归档](docs/threads/archive/README.md)。这些内容是作者的经历,不是医疗、法律、投资或创业建议。
### 起点:先把方向校准
公开版本遵循最少必要原则:不再展示个人 QQ、二维码和不必要的第三方身份信息;涉及家人、儿童、前伴侣或其他第三方的照片,应在明确授权后才公开。发现隐私问题请按 [安全政策](https://github.com/byoungd/up/blob/master/SECURITY.md) 私下报告。
[![understanding](docs/assets/understanding@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-1/1-understanding.md)
## 作者项目与透明说明
- [认知篇](docs/threads/part-1/1-understanding.md):先问清为什么学、学到哪里、用在何处,避免用焦虑和透支伪装成努力。
作者参与的产品、公司参访与现实项目统一放在 [作者项目与现实实践](docs/projects.md)。页面会明确作者关联、用途、更新时间和“非赞助”声明。正文不因商业关系改变推荐标准,站点默认不接入广告、分析脚本或追踪器。
[![vocabulary](docs/assets/vocabulary@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md)
## 如何判断自己在进步
- [单词篇](docs/threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md):词汇是语言的砖石,也是理解世界的钥匙;这一章处理词汇量、记忆方法、复习节奏和发音意识这些基础问题。
不要只统计学习时长。每周至少观察四类证据:
### 输入:让英语进入日常
- **完成**:是否完成计划中的真实任务;
- **质量**:正确率、可理解度、结构、流利度或反馈等级是否改善;
- **保持**:隔几天后能否主动回忆并再次使用;
- **迁移**:能否把所学用到新材料、新对话或真实工作中。
[![listening](docs/assets/listening@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-1/3-listening.md)
当表现稳定提高时增加间隔或难度;当错误持续重复时缩小任务、补足先修知识并增加反馈。计划服务于表现,而不是让表现服从日历。
- [听力篇](docs/threads/part-1/3-listening.md):让声音先抵达身体,再抵达理解;这一章区分精听与泛听,帮助你选择材料,逐步适应真实的语速和内容。
## 项目边界
[![reading](docs/assets/reading@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-1/4-reading.md)
- [阅读篇](docs/threads/part-1/4-reading.md):阅读像一条暗河,悄悄滋养词汇、语感和表达;这一章通过原版书、英文文档和英文社区建立稳定输入。
### 输出:把理解变成表达
[![speaking](docs/assets/speaking@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-1/5-speaking.md)
- [口语篇](docs/threads/part-1/5-speaking.md):语言终究要走出口腔,抵达另一个人;这一章从音标、朗读、复述和真实交流开始,逐步减少“想说但说不出”的卡顿。
[![writing](docs/assets/writing@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-1/6-writing.md)
- [写作篇](docs/threads/part-1/6-writing.md):写作是把混沌念头安放到纸面上的过程;这一章用阅读、练习、交流和工具改进日常写作与表达结构。
### 英语场景:把 AI 变成听说读写训练伙伴
[![ai](docs/assets/ai@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-1/7-ai.md)
- [用 AI 学英语(2026-06 版)](docs/threads/part-1/7-ai.md):把通用 AI 学习回路落到英语听说读写里:用 `Live` 练口语,用学习工具做 quiz / flashcards,用 Canvas 改写作,用长期项目沉淀错误和表达。
## AI 学习与能力升级
[![ai](docs/assets/ai@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md)
- [使用 AI 学习一切(2026-06 版)](docs/threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md):把 AI 当成“目标、材料、讲解、输出、反馈、复习、项目”的学习系统,覆盖职业技能、编程、写作、考试证书、行业研究和工作产出。
## 扩展内容
[![word-list](docs/assets/word-list@2x.svg)](docs/threads/word-list/Common.md)
- [单词表(Word Lists)](docs/threads/word-list/Common.md):把散落在不同场景里的词语收束成册,覆盖通用英语、编程语言、Prompt 和 Vibe Coding 等方向。
[![Others@2x.png](docs/assets/Others@2x.svg)](docs/threads/part-2/x-misc.md)
- [扯淡篇](docs/threads/part-2/x-misc.md):一些关于学习、培训、设备选择和个人经历的杂谈,轻一点,也真一点。
- [Week 1](docs/threads/part-4/week-1.md):
### 中国词元云:[token.love](https://token.love)
![token.love 产品页面展示](docs/assets/token-love-domain.jpg)
更多近况可见:[我的故事](docs/threads/part-2/my-story.md)。
- [创业篇:从野心到使命](docs/threads/part-2/entrepreneurship.md):从第一次把自己推向市场,到重新理解创业、现金流、责任和使命。
- [十年前的博客归档](docs/threads/archive/README.md):更早时期的写作、观察和生活记录,像旧抽屉里翻出的信,也像来路上的坐标。
- [离谱的前女友们](https://github.com/byoungd/how-to-find-love):关于爱情经历的番外篇。
## 英语水平等级

title: 人生进阶指南
description: 从英语学习到 AI 学习、人生复盘与现实实践,一套重证据、可执行、可持续复盘的人生进阶系统。
updated: 2026-08-16

# 人生进阶指南
中文 | <a href="#/en/">English</a>
中文 | [English](en/)
一份从英语学习出发,写给普通人持续成长、重新掌握人生主动权的开放指南。
[![GitHub stars](https://img.shields.io/github/stars/byoungd/up?style=flat&logo=github&label=Stars)](https://github.com/byoungd/up) [![Content license](https://img.shields.io/badge/content-CC%20BY--NC%204.0-lightgrey.svg)](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/)
- **研究结论**:给出来源,并说明适用边界;
- **个人经验**:保留真实故事,但不声称人人适用;
- **待验证假设**:把它当作下一轮行动要检验的问题。
## 你能获得什么
<div class="guide-paths">
<a class="guide-path" href="./threads/part-1/0-cefr"><strong>英语学习系统</strong>从 CEFR 自测到词汇、听说读写和 12 周训练。</a>
<a class="guide-path" href="./threads/part-3/1-ai-learning"><strong>AI 学习与工作能力</strong>按任务选择工具,用状态文件延续跨会话学习。</a>
<a class="guide-path" href="./threads/part-2/my-story"><strong>人生复盘、创业与恢复</strong>从真实经历中提炼判断,不复制他人的人生。</a>
<a class="guide-path" href="./projects"><strong>作者项目与现实实践</strong>集中说明作者关联、用途、更新日期与非赞助关系。</a>
</div>
1. 用 [英语能力诊断](templates/english-diagnostic.md) 或自己的真实任务确定起点。
2. 把目标、证据和下一步写进 [学习状态](templates/learning-state.md)。
3. 只选一个 25–45 分钟任务,完成可检查的输出,而不是继续收集资料。
4. 一周后用 [每周复盘](templates/weekly-review.md) 看证据,再调整难度与频率。
- 想系统提升英语,却一次次被单词、听力、口语或写作拦在门外的人;
- 想把 AI 真正请进学习现场,而不是只让它偶尔翻译两句话、代写一段文案的人;
- 想重新整理学习节奏、行动系统和长期成长方法的人;
- 对创业、写作、低谷恢复和个人复盘感兴趣,愿意从他人的弯路里借一点光的人;
| 听力 | [听力篇](threads/part-1/3-listening.md) | 一段听写、复述和错误分类 |
| 阅读 | [阅读篇](threads/part-1/4-reading.md) | 一页批注、五句摘要和一个迁移问题 |
| 口语 | [口语篇](threads/part-1/5-speaking.md) | 录音、转写和第二版重录 |
| 写作 | [写作篇](threads/part-1/6-writing.md) | 初稿、反馈清单和修订稿 |
| AI | [用 AI 学英语](threads/part-1/7-ai.md) | 可复用提示词、错题记录和学习状态更新 |
1. **英语学习主线**:如果你不知道怎么开始,先读[认知篇](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md)和[单词篇](threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md);如果你输入不够,读[听力篇](threads/part-1/3-listening.md)和[阅读篇](threads/part-1/4-reading.md);如果你表达不出来,读[口语篇](threads/part-1/5-speaking.md)和[写作篇](threads/part-1/6-writing.md)。
2. **AI 学习与能力升级主线**:如果你想用 AI 学习职业技能、编程、写作、考试证书或行业研究,先读[使用 AI 学习一切(2026-06 版)](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md),再读[用 AI 学英语(2026-06 版)](threads/part-1/7-ai.md)看它如何落到具体训练场景。
3. **人生复盘与创业主线**:如果你想了解这份指南背后的经历,读[我的故事](threads/part-2/my-story.md)、[创业篇:从野心到使命](threads/part-2/entrepreneurship.md)和[十年前的博客归档](threads/archive/README.md),看看一份学习笔记如何慢慢长成一段人生复盘。
词表只是查阅材料,不是学习目标。需要时可进入 [通用词表](threads/word-list/Common.md) 与各技术主题词表。
如果只想快速开始,建议今天就做三件事:读完[认知篇](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md),选定一个具体学习目标,再用[使用 AI 学习一切(2026-06 版)](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md)给自己设计一周训练计划。
## AI 学习与工作能力
## 如何使用本指南
[使用 AI 学习一切](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md)采用按任务选择的工作流:
- **第一次读**:先按上面的三条主线选一条,不要急着打开所有链接。
- **按目标查**:遇到具体问题时,把对应章节当成工具箱,例如单词、听力、AI 学习、写作或创业复盘。
- **按周执行**:每周只选一个小目标,读一章,做一个练习,留下一个可检查的输出。
- **定期复盘**:隔一段时间回来重读,你会发现同一段文字在不同阶段会给出不同答案。
- 需要循序提问、知识检查时,使用带引导学习能力的对话;
- 需要长期材料、作品、错误和上下文时,使用项目空间并维护本地状态文件;
- 需要有来源的研究时,优先选择能回到原始材料的检索或资料库;
你可以阅读 [我的故事](threads/part-2/my-story.md)、[创业篇](threads/part-2/entrepreneurship.md) 和 [旧文归档](threads/archive/README.md)。这些内容是作者的经历,不是医疗、法律、投资或创业建议。
## 英语学习主线
公开版本遵循最少必要原则:不再展示个人 QQ、二维码和不必要的第三方身份信息;涉及家人、儿童、前伴侣或其他第三方的照片,应在明确授权后才公开。发现隐私问题请按 [安全政策](https://github.com/byoungd/up/blob/master/SECURITY.md) 私下报告。
### 起点:先把方向校准
## 作者项目与透明说明
[![understanding](assets/understanding@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md)
作者参与的产品、公司参访与现实项目统一放在 [作者项目与现实实践](projects.md)。页面会明确作者关联、用途、更新时间和“非赞助”声明。正文不因商业关系改变推荐标准,站点默认不接入广告、分析脚本或追踪器。
- [认知篇](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md):先问清为什么学、学到哪里、用在何处,避免用焦虑和透支伪装成努力。
## 如何判断自己在进步
[![vocabulary](assets/vocabulary@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md)
不要只统计学习时长。每周至少观察四类证据:
- [单词篇](threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md):词汇是语言的砖石,也是理解世界的钥匙;这一章处理词汇量、记忆方法、复习节奏和发音意识这些基础问题。
- **完成**:是否完成计划中的真实任务;
- **质量**:正确率、可理解度、结构、流利度或反馈等级是否改善;
- **保持**:隔几天后能否主动回忆并再次使用;
- **迁移**:能否把所学用到新材料、新对话或真实工作中。
### 输入:让英语进入日常
当表现稳定提高时增加间隔或难度;当错误持续重复时缩小任务、补足先修知识并增加反馈。计划服务于表现,而不是让表现服从日历。
[![listening](assets/listening@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/3-listening.md)
## 项目边界
- [听力篇](threads/part-1/3-listening.md):让声音先抵达身体,再抵达理解;这一章区分精听与泛听,帮助你选择材料,逐步适应真实的语速和内容。
[![reading](assets/reading@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/4-reading.md)
- [阅读篇](threads/part-1/4-reading.md):阅读像一条暗河,悄悄滋养词汇、语感和表达;这一章通过原版书、英文文档和英文社区建立稳定输入。
### 输出:把理解变成表达
[![speaking](assets/speaking@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/5-speaking.md)
- [口语篇](threads/part-1/5-speaking.md):语言终究要走出口腔,抵达另一个人;这一章从音标、朗读、复述和真实交流开始,逐步减少“想说但说不出”的卡顿。
[![writing](assets/writing@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/6-writing.md)
- [写作篇](threads/part-1/6-writing.md):写作是把混沌念头安放到纸面上的过程;这一章用阅读、练习、交流和工具改进日常写作与表达结构。
### 英语场景:把 AI 变成听说读写训练伙伴
[![ai](assets/ai@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/7-ai.md)
- [用 AI 学英语(2026-06 版)](threads/part-1/7-ai.md):把通用 AI 学习回路落到英语听说读写里:用 `Live` 练口语,用学习工具做 quiz / flashcards,用 Canvas 改写作,用长期项目沉淀错误和表达。
## AI 学习与能力升级
[![ai](assets/ai@2x.svg)](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md)
- [使用 AI 学习一切(2026-06 版)](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md):把 AI 当成“目标、材料、讲解、输出、反馈、复习、项目”的学习系统,覆盖职业技能、编程、写作、考试证书、行业研究和工作产出。
## 扩展内容
[![word-list](assets/word-list@2x.svg)](threads/word-list/Common.md)
- [单词表(Word Lists)](threads/word-list/Common.md):把散落在不同场景里的词语收束成册,覆盖通用英语、编程语言、Prompt 和 Vibe Coding 等方向。
[![Others@2x.png](assets/Others@2x.svg)](threads/part-2/x-misc.md)
- [扯淡篇](threads/part-2/x-misc.md):一些关于学习、培训、设备选择和个人经历的杂谈,轻一点,也真一点。
- [Week 1](threads/part-4/week-1.md):
### 中国词元云:[token.love](https://token.love)
![token.love 产品页面展示](assets/token-love-domain.jpg)
更多近况可见:[我的故事](threads/part-2/my-story.md)。

title: Life Level-up Guide
description: An evidence-aware, practical system for English learning, AI-assisted work, life review, and sustained growth.
updated: 2026-08-16
---
# Life Level-up Guide
An open guide for English learning, AI-era skill building, writing, entrepreneurship, recovery after failure, and long-term personal growth.
[中文](/) | English
The Chinese version is the main edition. This English version keeps the same homepage structure and links to the translated English chapters where they exist; some personal essays and archive pages remain Chinese-first.
[![GitHub stars](https://img.shields.io/github/stars/byoungd/up?style=flat&logo=github&label=Stars)](https://github.com/byoungd/up) [![Content license](https://img.shields.io/badge/content-CC%20BY--NC%204.0-lightgrey.svg)](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/)
If you only want to improve your English, start with the English learning path. If you are looking for a broader way to rebuild discipline, learning rhythm, and long-term momentum, read it as a life level-up map.
This is a long-term growth handbook for ordinary people. It began in 2017 as an English-learning guide and has expanded into AI-assisted learning, work skills, life review, entrepreneurship, and recovery. Its purpose is not to give you more tools to bookmark. It is to help you complete a verifiable loop: **diagnose → choose a task → practise actively → get feedback → save evidence → adjust the next step**.
This guide does not sell anxiety or promise shortcuts. It aims to give you three practical things: an executable English learning system, a practical way to learn and upgrade skills with AI, and a real case study of starting again after difficult years.
The guide separates three kinds of claims:
## What You Get
- **Research findings** include sources and limits;
- **Personal experience** remains personal rather than universal advice;
- **Hypotheses** become questions for the next experiment.
- **A clear English learning path**: mindset, vocabulary, listening, reading, speaking, writing, and AI-assisted English practice.
- **A practical AI workflow**: how to use tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Perplexity, and DeepL Write inside goal-driven learning loops.
- **A personal recovery case**: learning, entrepreneurship, failure, health collapse, and starting again placed on one honest timeline.
- **Long-term reference material**: word lists, learning resources, AI resources, archived writing, and personal essays.
<div class="guide-paths">
<a class="guide-path" href="./threads/part-1/0-cefr"><strong>English Learning System</strong>From a CEFR self-check to vocabulary, four skills, and a 12-week plan.</a>
<a class="guide-path" href="./threads/part-3/1-ai-learning"><strong>AI Learning and Work</strong>Choose tools by task and recover context with a learning-state file.</a>
<a class="guide-path" href="./threads/part-4/my-story"><strong>Life Review and Recovery</strong>Extract judgment from a real story without copying another life.</a>
<a class="guide-path" href="./projects"><strong>Author Projects and Practice</strong>See affiliations, purpose, update dates, and non-sponsorship disclosures.</a>
</div>
## Who This Is For
## Start Today
- Learners who want to improve English but keep getting stuck on vocabulary, listening, speaking, or writing.
- Learners who want to use AI as a real learning partner instead of a one-off translator or writing shortcut.
- People who want to rebuild their learning rhythm, action system, and long-term growth process.
- Readers interested in entrepreneurship, writing, failure recovery, and personal reflection.
- People who are tired of saving resources without turning them into ability, output, or results.
1. Use the [English diagnostic](templates/english-diagnostic.md) or a real task to establish a baseline.
2. Record the goal, evidence, and next action in [Learning State](templates/learning-state.md).
3. Complete one 25–45 minute task that produces inspectable output.
4. Use the [Weekly Review](templates/weekly-review.md) to adjust difficulty and frequency from evidence.
## Recommended Path
## English Learning System
You do not need to read everything from top to bottom. Choose the line that matches your current problem:
Start with [CEFR Goals and Self-check](threads/part-1/0-cefr.md). Judge your level by tasks you can complete, not by a vague vocabulary count or an old test impression.
1. **English learning**: start with [Understanding](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md) and [Vocabulary](threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md); use [Listening](threads/part-1/3-listening.md) and [Reading](threads/part-1/4-reading.md) for input; use [Speaking](threads/part-1/5-speaking.md) and [Writing](threads/part-1/6-writing.md) when you understand more than you can express.
2. **AI learning and skill building**: read [Learning Anything with AI](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md) if you want to use AI for programming, writing, exams, industry research, or work output; then read [Learning English with AI](threads/part-1/7-ai.md) for the English-specific workflow.
3. **Personal recovery and entrepreneurship**: read [My Story](threads/part-4/my-story.md), <a href="#/threads/part-2/entrepreneurship">Entrepreneurship</a>, and the <a href="#/threads/archive/README">Old Blog Archive</a> if you want the life background behind the guide.
| Stage | Chapter | Evidence to keep |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Calibrate | [Learning Principles](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md) | A use case, baseline sample, and 12-week target |
| Vocabulary | [Vocabulary](threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md) | 20 chunks you can hear, read, and use in context |
| Listening | [Listening](threads/part-1/3-listening.md) | A transcript, retelling, and error categories |
| Reading | [Reading](threads/part-1/4-reading.md) | An annotated page, five-sentence summary, and transfer question |
| Speaking | [Speaking](threads/part-1/5-speaking.md) | A recording, transcript, and improved second take |
| Writing | [Writing](threads/part-1/6-writing.md) | Draft, feedback checklist, and revision |
| AI | [Learning English with AI](threads/part-1/7-ai.md) | Reusable prompt, error log, and state update |
If you want the fastest useful start, do three things today: read [Understanding](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md), choose one concrete learning goal, and use [Learning Anything with AI](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md) to design a one-week practice plan.
Word lists are references, not goals. Use the [Common list](threads/word-list/Common.md) and technical lists only when a real task calls for them.
## How to Use This Guide
## AI Learning and Work
- **First pass**: choose one of the three lines above instead of opening every link.
- **Goal-based lookup**: treat chapters as a toolbox for vocabulary, listening, AI learning, writing, or recovery after failure.
- **Weekly execution**: pick one small goal, read one chapter, do one exercise, and leave one visible output.
- **Review later**: return after a few weeks; the same chapter often answers a different question once your situation changes.
[Learning Anything with AI](threads/part-3/1-ai-learning.md) uses task-based selection:
## Life Level-up Map
- use guided dialogue for questions, scaffolding, and knowledge checks;
- use a project workspace plus a local state file for long-running materials, errors, and artefacts;
- use research tools that lead back to primary sources when claims need evidence;
- define acceptance criteria yourself, verify facts, and remain responsible for final work.
The underlying path is simple: open your input, train your output, then test your ability in real life.
Product features change quickly. Notes about ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Perplexity, and DeepL state their verification date, region or plan limits, and official source. No provider ranking is the centre of the method.
1. **Open input**: use English to reach a wider information world; use reading and listening to expand what you can notice.
2. **Train output**: use speaking, writing, retelling, projects, and AI feedback to turn “I understand” into “I can explain, build, and communicate.”
3. **Create artifacts**: turn learning into articles, projects, reports, products, courses, or real conversations instead of leaving it in saved links.
4. **Review your life**: place failure, relationships, health, work, and choices on one timeline, then extract better judgment for the next stage.
5. **Serve reality**: use your ability in work, entrepreneurship, family, local communities, industries, and concrete human problems.
## Life Review, Entrepreneurship, and Recovery
## English Learning Path
Personal stories remain because growth does not happen only inside a study plan. Read [My Story](threads/part-4/my-story.md), [Entrepreneurship](threads/part-2/entrepreneurship.md), and the [Archive](threads/archive/README.md). They are experiences, not medical, legal, investment, or business advice.
### Starting Point: Calibrate the Direction
The public edition follows data minimisation. It does not display personal QQ numbers, QR codes, or unnecessary third-party identifiers. Photos involving family, children, former partners, or other people should appear only with clear permission. Report privacy concerns privately under the [Security Policy](https://github.com/byoungd/up/blob/master/SECURITY.md).
[![understanding](../assets/understanding-en@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md)
## Author Projects and Disclosure
- [Understanding](threads/part-1/1-understanding.md): why you are learning, where you want to use English, and how to avoid replacing progress with anxiety.
Products, company visits, and real-world projects involving the author live on [Author Projects and Practice](projects.md). That page states the relationship, purpose, last update, and non-sponsorship status. The site includes no ads, analytics, or trackers by default.
[![vocabulary](../assets/vocabulary-en@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md)
## Measure Progress
- [Vocabulary](threads/part-1/2-vocabulary.md): vocabulary size, memory methods, review rhythm, and pronunciation awareness.
Do not count study time alone. Review four kinds of evidence each week:
### Input: Make English Part of Daily Life
- **Completion**: did you finish the real task?
- **Quality**: did accuracy, clarity, structure, or fluency improve?
- **Retention**: can you recall and use it several days later?
- **Transfer**: can you apply it to new material, conversation, or work?
[![listening](../assets/listening-en@2x.svg)](threads/part-1/3-listening.md)
Increase spacing or difficulty when performance is stable. When the same errors recur, shrink the task, repair prerequisites, and add feedback. The schedule serves performance, not the reverse.
- [Listening](threads/part-1/3-listening.md): intensive listening, extensive listening, suitable materials, and the bridge toward native-speed content.

## AI Practice and Real-World Work
The Chinese edition contains more up-to-date notes about my AI practice in China, including [token.love](https://token.love), [ku0.com](https://ku0.com), and recent work around AI for the real economy.
The important question is not which model is fashionable this week. The important question is how ordinary people can use AI to improve learning speed, output quality, work productivity, and business judgment.
On June 16, 2026, I visited Alibaba Cloud headquarters in Hangzhou as chairman of China Token Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. That visit strengthened one belief: useful AI should not stay inside concepts or demos. It should enter real industries, real communities, and ordinary daily life.
For Chinese updates, you can follow my Douyin account: `词元云韩先凯` (`72581209403`). I share notes on AI for the real economy, English learning, and personal growth there.

## Personal Background
This guide began with one specific question.
In early July 2017, `W.`, who was preparing for TOEFL, asked me:
**How can I learn English efficiently?**
I first wrote down a few practical notes, then gradually expanded them into this guide. English is still the starting point, but the larger question is how a person learns, recovers, and keeps moving after difficult years.
Dedicated to my once-beloved `W.` Some stories belong near the beginning; others are better read when you want the background.
> We each live in our own past. It takes one minute to get to know someone, one hour to like them, one day to fall in love with them, yet it can take a lifetime to forget them.

## Why Bookmark It
This is not a one-time article. It is a notebook that keeps growing with tools, experience, and time. It will keep updating, and it is worth returning to every so often — the place that blocked you last time may have opened up by the next.
If it helps you, save it, share it, or send one chapter to a friend who is stuck. Good writing should not stay in a browser tab; it should turn into action.

title: Author Projects and Real-world Practice
description: A central disclosure of products, companies, and field work involving the author, including relationship, purpose, date, and non-sponsorship status.
updated: 2026-08-16
---
# Author Projects and Real-world Practice
This page centralises projects in which the author has a direct role so that commercial relationships do not blend into learning-method recommendations. It is disclosure, not a purchase, investment, or return promise.
## China Token Cloud and token.love
- **Relationship**: the author states that he is chairman of China Token Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.
- **Purpose**: `token.love` is described as a multi-model gateway, routing, metering, and deployment service for teams and organisations.
- **Relationship to this guide**: both are maintained by the same author; this is not third-party sponsorship.
- **Checked**: 2026-08-16. Capabilities and compliance scope must be verified against the current [token.love](https://token.love/) documentation and contract.
![Archived token.love product page](../assets/token-love-domain.jpg)
## ku0.com
- **Relationship**: the author participates in the operation and presentation of the project.
- **Purpose**: information about AI-related resources and enterprise services.
- **Relationship to this guide**: this is neither an independent review nor a recommendation without a material relationship.
- **Checked**: 2026-08-16. Availability, region, plan, and compliance statements must be verified on [ku0.com](https://ku0.com/) and in written terms.
## AI and Physical-industry Practice
On 16 June 2026, the author visited Alibaba Cloud's Hangzhou headquarters as a company representative and recorded plans to explore AI in agriculture and other physical industries, including free community training. This is a direction and personal commitment, not an Alibaba Cloud endorsement or evidence of completed outcomes.
![Visit to Alibaba Cloud headquarters](../assets/aliyun-hangzhou-2026-06-16-1.jpg)
## Recommendation Policy
Core chapters assess tools by task, evidence, privacy, and transfer. An affiliated product receives no higher evidence status and never replaces official documentation, independent comparison, or the reader's security review. Hidden sponsorship is not accepted. Any future paid relationship must identify the party, date, and affected scope next to the claim.

title: English Diagnostic Template
description: Save a four-skill baseline and distinguish task completion, comprehensibility, accuracy, organisation, and revision.
updated: 2026-08-16

# English Diagnostic Template
Read [CEFR Goals and Self-check](../threads/part-1/0-cefr.md), then complete all four tasks on the same topic. Do not look up language or ask AI to rewrite the first version.
```markdown
# English Diagnostic — YYYY-MM-DD
Real use context:
Topic and source:
| Skill | Sample | Task 0–2 | Comprehensibility 0–2 | Accuracy/range 0–2 | Organisation/fluency 0–2 | Revision/transfer 0–2 |
| Writing | | | | | | |
Repeat under the same conditions on day 30 and week 12. Keep raw samples instead of comparing only polished products.
