[Autotune] Support per-config pass_configs in autotuning (#2496)
* feat(autotuner): support per-config pass_configs with code deduplication - Extract _merge_pass_configs_into_compile_args helper to deduplicate pass_configs merge logic across grouped_compile.py and tuner.py - Replace json.dumps uniformity check with direct equality comparison - Extract _make_jit_compile_func factory to unify lazy/eager jit_compile - Fix decorator-mode cache isolation: use compile() directly when per_config_pass_configs is present to avoid JIT cache key collision - Add example and test for per-config pass_configs tuning * docs: add docstrings to meet coverage threshold * refactor(autotuner): move pass_configs resolution to tuner so grouped compile handles uniform configs * fix(autotuner): define _PASS_CONFIGS_KEY constant and fix jit_compile race condition - Replace all magic string "__pass_configs__" with _PASS_CONFIGS_KEY constant - Move _pass_configs_lock to cover both branches in jit_compile to prevent concurrent reads of temporarily mutated pass_configs * refactor(autotuner): introduce type aliases for compile-unit bookkeeping - Add ConfigArg, UnitItem, UnitResult, CompileUnit type aliases - Replace all long tuple type annotations with aliases - Expand example configs to include num_stages=[1,2] and enable_grouped_compile --------- Co-authored-by: daniu.ld <daniu.ld@alibaba-inc.com> |

[CuTeDSL] Integrate host codegen call sites (#2221)
[CuTeDSL] Integrate host codegen call sites
Drive CuTeDSL launcher generation from lowered host tvm_call_packed call sites so multi-kernel wrappers preserve host IR order and repeated launches can be represented.
Expose separate device, host, and generated module sources through the CuTeDSL adapter and persist them separately in the kernel/autotune caches.
Normalize bare cutedsl targets through TileLang CUDA arch detection so Hopper runners use sm_90a for CuTeDSL compilation instead of the generic sm_90 Target("cuda") result.
Add CuTeDSL host-codegen integration tests covering multi-call launcher ordering, source accessors, cache restore behavior, and bare target architecture normalization.

[Enhance] Reject default scalar params and support do_not_specialize for autotune (#2084)
* [Refactor] Enhance Producer-Consumer WS Transformation
- Introduced a new utility function `ExprUsesAnyVar` to check variable usage in expressions.
- Updated `BuildWSBlock` to collect enclosing loops for better context in transformations.
- Modified global linear index calculations to account for nested loops.
- Enhanced phase counter logic to handle non-rectangular loop nests.
- Added functionality to hoist workspace branches out of loops for improved performance.
- Implemented `CollectEnclosingForLoops` to facilitate loop ancestry collection.
- Refactored related methods to accommodate new logic and ensure correctness in transformations.
* Fix nested warp-specialized pipeline sync
* lint
* Reject autotune default scalar inputs
* [Autotune] Defer scalar input validation and add do_not_specialize option
- Move _validate_input_supply_requirements from __call__ into run(),
after the "tunable parameters already provided" check. This prevents
spurious errors when all tunable params are supplied by the caller
and the autotuner skips profiling entirely (fixes test_example_mha_fwd_varlen).
- Add `do_not_specialize` parameter to @autotune decorator. Parameters
listed here are excluded from the autotune cache key, so changing
their values reuses the previously tuned configuration instead of
triggering re-autotuning.
Usage:
@autotune(configs=get_configs(), do_not_specialize=["batch_size", "UQ"])
@tilelang.jit
def kernel(batch_size, UQ, ...):

[Enhancement] Use atomic directory rename for cache writes (#1982)
* [Enhancement] Use atomic directory rename for cache writes Replace per-file os.replace with write-to-staging + os.rename to ensure other processes never see an incomplete cache directory. Also add cleanup of stale staging dirs on init. * [Bugfix] Fix atomic cache save: abort on critical file failure and fix staging cleanup - Let kernel lib and params save failures propagate instead of swallowing them, so the staging directory is cleaned up rather than renamed as an incomplete cache entry. - Move autotuner staging directory to TILELANG_CACHE_DIR so that _cleanup_stale_staging_dirs() can find and remove stale entries. * Fix atomic cache save recovery and error handling * Remove unnecessary blank lines in _FakeAdapter and _FakeKernel classes in autotune and cache test files. * Tighten atomic cache completeness checks * Simplify atomic cache save error handling * submodule update * remove legacy test --------- Co-authored-by: Freebase6912 <amid-gauze-racing@duck.com> |

[Bugfix] Fix CuTeDSL autotune cache invalid ELF header (#1967) (#1972)
* [Bugfix] Fix CuTeDSL autotune cache saving .py as .so (#1967) The autotune cache had no CuTeDSL-specific branch, causing it to save the Python source file (kernel.py) as kernel_lib.so. On reload, importlib treated the .so extension as a native extension module and failed with "invalid ELF header". Fix: add cutedsl branches in _save_kernel_to_disk and _load_kernel_from_disk to use KERNEL_PY_PATH ("kernel.py") instead of KERNEL_LIB_PATH ("kernel_lib.so"). Also saves launcher .so and cubin artifacts when present.
