chore(cspell): ignore the malformed-session-id fixture word in the billing spec

The push-to-develop cspell run for #10331 flagged 'abcdefghijkl' (the
cs_prod_abcdefghijkl fixture that must be rejected as a Checkout Session id).
Add it to the file's existing cspell:ignore line.
