Fix Linux build: add _DEFAULT_SOURCE for endian macros

-std=c11 disables _DEFAULT_SOURCE on glibc, hiding le16toh/be16toh
from <endian.h>. Add -D_DEFAULT_SOURCE to CGo CFLAGS.
