Subtitle analysis stays the default. Optional game visual analysis,
confirm-before-cut, and sampled-frame privacy wording now match the
v1.4.0 release without claiming ad results or a fully verified Windows install.

* docs: ask users to bring their own short clip
AutoClip does not host a sample video. First-run docs now point to a public example link and Discussion #128.

* docs: use official-channel clips as examples
Replace the previous public example with OpenAI, Y Combinator, and Stanford YouTube links. Each is marked as not hosted by AutoClip.

* docs: prefer the short Stanford clip for a first run
Note that the official examples are mostly English, that one clip is enough, and that captions or an SRT should be ready before import.

* docs: swap example links to the approved 2025 set
Use OpenAI Codex CLI, the Stanford Energy Fellow interview, and a YC podcast. Cold start still starts with Stanford; import only the first 5–8 minutes of the YC video.

* docs: use the approved final example links
Replace the product-demo and older podcast links with the Sources interview, the YC 2026 startup talk, and the Stanford Energy Fellow clip.

* docs: say long examples must be trimmed before import
AutoClip does not keep only the first few minutes. The Sources and YC links now tell users to cut to about 5–8 minutes first, and to use the full Stanford Dowling clip for a cold start.

* docs: drop length instructions on example links
Recommend only the Stanford Dowling clip for a first run. Leave the YC and Sources links as plain examples.

* docs: define the public community board
Discussions take ideas; confirmed work becomes issues on AutoClip Roadmap.
Includes signal and setup scripts, and points the settings page at Discussions.

* fix: stop collecting feedback in a Feishu spreadsheet
Eight interface languages cannot share one Chinese form. In-app feedback stays; turning analytics off sends people to GitHub instead.

* 把应用内反馈送进 GitHub Issue 和 Discussions (#109)
* feat: land in-app feedback on GitHub
Sending no longer depends on the analytics switch. Problems become issues
and ideas become discussions, without publishing the optional email.
HANDOFF now matches the v1.3.1 release.

* docs: batch releases instead of shipping every merge
Main can move ahead of the latest release. Those changes stay in Building
until a batch is tagged together.
