docs(providers): close stdin in the openrouter smoke test (#3907)

* docs(providers): close stdin in the openrouter smoke test

The sandbox main process keeps stdin open so attach and detach work,
and opencode run reads stdin until EOF, so the documented smoke test
never printed a result. Run it through sh -c with stdin redirected from
/dev/null and note why.

Closes #3883
