Fix pre-commit hook path after Brew -> Homebrew folder rename

The BrewUILint step scanned 'Brew/', which no longer exists after the
source folder was renamed to 'Homebrew/', so the hook errored on every
commit. Point the whole-tree scan at 'Homebrew/'.
