An endpoint rated by fewer than five teams published nothing. Now the fold keeps the score
(share and label) behind the five-team threshold but publishes the quotes as early reviews:
`{teams: 0, samples}`, drawn exactly as the scored quotes are, only when there is a quotable
reason. The comparison's Reviews cell says "Early" in a neutral tone over "under 5 teams" and
sorts between the scored rows and the unrated either way; the drawer's Reviews figure and tab
show the quotes with no bar and no share. `GET /catalog/endpoints/{id}` (what `catalog_get`
relays) now attaches `reviews` to the endpoint and its siblings through one helper shared with
the platform and provider routes.
