public_url/email_from defaults, render.yaml, CLI fallbacks, packaging (npm/plugin/pyproject),
web pages (+canonical tag), docs and context fragments all move to https://treg.to.
The legacy host keeps serving the FULL API forever — installed CLIs, skill.md files and
.mcp.json configs in the wild hold Bearer tokens pointed at it, and HTTP clients strip
Authorization on cross-host redirects. Only browser-facing marketing pages 301 to treg.to
(new middleware + tests).

treg.ngrok.app → treg.superdesign.dev everywhere (tutorials, USAGE,
fragments, CLI docstring); config.py public_url default now points at
the live deployment. ONBOARDING.md rewritten for the current flow
(install.sh + the three login doors + scan/upload — the retired
`treg register` is gone). deploy.md's hosting section now says Render.

A remote registry that turns a team's skills into shareable, callable tools:
any member's agent or a human calls a tool without owning its credentials —
a proxy injects the secret server-side.
This is the curated public tree (internal handoffs, plans, meeting notes,
and dev journal are kept in the private archive). Still WIP before going
public: see OSS-PREP-NOTES.md for the remaining genericization + the LICENSE,
CONTRIBUTING, AGENTS, and SECURITY items to finish.
