`waitUntilExit()` spins the calling thread's run loop, and on a GCD thread it can miss the exit and block forever. About 3% of an extension's `execFile` calls never settled, each holding a thread and two pipes until quit. `Process.runObservingExit()` sets the termination handler before `run()` and returns a `ProcessExit` that waits on a semaphore instead. Every `waitUntilExit()` call site now uses it.
