16-bit lowering emits half-style names for sinh, cosh, tanh, atan, erf, and nearbyint, but no CUDA overload of those names accepts CUTLASS half_t or bfloat16_t. Most toolkits do not declare the names at all, and the overloads that do exist take native __half or __nv_bfloat16, which the wrappers have no implicit conversion to, so these operations fail everywhere. Add hsinh, hcosh, htanh, hatan, herf, and hnearbyint overloads for both wrapper types. Each evaluates in float32 and converts back, following the existing htan bridge. This completes 16-bit bridge coverage for the unary floating-point operations that CUDA lowering already handles. Extend the 16-bit intrinsics test kernel to cover all six operations.
