* Refactor CUDA version checks in test files to use equality comparison for compute version 9.0

- Updated multiple test files to change `requires_cuda_compute_version_ge(9, 0)` to `requires_cuda_compute_version_eq(9, 0)`.
- Removed deprecated test functions in `test_example_blocksparse_attention.py`.
- Simplified configuration generation in `test_tilelang_autotune.py` by removing the `with_roller` parameter.
- Ensured consistency across various examples and tests regarding CUDA version requirements.
