* Refactor: extract transpose from CopyNode into standalone TransposeNode op
Remove the transpose annotation logic from CopyNode (GetTranspose,
MakeIndices transpose branch, MakePredicate transpose branch, and
GetCopyInst early return). Transpose is now handled by the independent
TransposeNode registered as tl.tileop.transpose.

* Refactor CopyNode to remove transpose handling from index generation and predicate creation. Simplify MakeIndices and MakePredicate methods by eliminating unnecessary transpose checks and related logic. Update associated checks to ensure index consistency. Clean up unused GetTranspose method in copy.h.
