WorkerPool now declares its sandbox class as `spec.sandboxClasses`, with
an optional reference to a SandboxConfig:
```yaml
spec:
sandboxClasses:
- name: gvisor
configRef:
name: gvisor-default
```
- `spec.sandboxClass` is replaced by `spec.sandboxClasses`, a list of
`{name, configRef}`. The list is required and must have exactly one
entry for now. `name` is `gvisor` or `microvm` and has no default.
- `configRef` is optional and names a cluster-scoped SandboxConfig.
Nothing reads it yet: actors still get their sandbox binaries from the
ActorTemplate's SandboxConfig.
- Code that needs the pool's class calls
`WorkerPoolSpec.DefaultSandboxClass()`.
#### Breaking change
Every WorkerPool must now set `spec.sandboxClasses`. Once the CRD is
updated, `spec.sandboxClass` is pruned, so re-apply each existing pool
with `sandboxClasses` set (`- name: gvisor` for pools that used the old
default).
