- Synchronize all published packages and the compiler surface manifest at v0.2.7. - Record native features, runtime performance improvements, and compatibility fixes since v0.2.6; leave Unreleased empty. - Verify version and manifest contracts, compatibility output, and cross-target library conformance locally; use CI for full validation.
