Chris Tate f553e5790d Check that recorded units leave held functions and IR data unchanged 
Function tables and IR data maps hold objects a unit could change in place, which a record does not carry. The serial mode now keeps the encoded content of their entries from the start of each wave and throws an InternalCompilerError naming an entry whose content changed by the wave's end.
