Malte Ubl 7db2e5c4d7 Read dense checked-array elements by number in computed dyn reads ...

value[i] with a number i formatted i as a property name on every read
(snprintf and a string allocation) before the generated dispatch helper
parsed it back. Numeric-key read helpers now take the number and return
the element directly when it is an integer below the checked array's
length (dyn.arrLen answers 0 for every other kind; -0 names "0"), and
format the name only otherwise.
