A published string can never record facts in its header later, so
publication proves ASCII before marking (every UTF-16 index mapper
answers ASCII strings by identity) and primes the Map key hash only for
short strings: hashing every source text cost more than the rest of the
walk, and the map code already skips caching into immortal strings.
Strings are marked when pushed instead of going through the worklist.
SCRIPTC_PUBLISH_TRACE reports object counts and walk/commit times.
