- An untyped JavaScript receiver whose declaring file assigns it an own
toString (the namespace downlevel's errorUtil.toString) calls that
function instead of the string-typed toString dispatch: zod's number
checks threw a failed string check on its undefined result.
- Number.parseInt with one JavaScript argument that only the global
parser's forms lower compiles through those forms.
- A JavaScript then whose declared result has no mapping settles with
the handler's value as a checked-dynamic value.
New npm cases: zod3 (real zod 3.25.67, v3 ESM build and types), and
js-own-tostring.
