Chris Tate e7c7a45810 Convert a read length once in fs.read and fs.readSync ...

fs.read and fs.readSync with arguments the compiler could not type
validated the length with `length |= 0` and then converted it again for
the read. A length with a valueOf method ran valueOf twice, and the read
used the second result. Node converts the length once.

scr_fs_read_validate now returns the converted length, and both reads
use it.
