A call through a bundled ES module's namespace (`ns.fn()`, `(ns.fn)()`,
a tagged template) passes the namespace as `this`. Node's namespace is
the __toCommonJS object (`__esModule` first and non-enumerable,
non-configurable getters); the lowered object of getters differs. The
namespace lowers only when every such call targets a top-level function,
never reassigned, that reads no `this` (an arrow inside it included);
otherwise the package stays refused.
