`spawn(cmd, args, { detached: process.platform !== "win32" })`, the
portable daemon idiom, no longer refuses: a non-literal detached value
lowers into scr_spawn_opts's bool slot, the same POSIX_SPAWN_SETSID flag
the literal forms reach, so the child leads its own process group.
