The test used `const { length } = [1, 2] as number[]` as its coverage
blocker. That compiles now, so no diagnostic was left to replay. The blocker
destructures a `number[] | string` union instead, which keeps the SC1031
object-pattern fence. The comment-only replay and code-edit relower
assertions are unchanged.
