Malte Ubl 2539fd9ac3 Keep fiberless async calls out of worker programs ...

Upstream native workers (095b6193) start each worker thread with a NULL
scr_als_active (SCR_ALS_SLOT() supplies the main slot) and give the fiber
epilogue its own context-termination path. The fiberless frame now goes
through SCR_ALS_SLOT(), and worker programs keep the fiber path, so
termination and AsyncLocalStorage behave exactly as upstream defines them.
Ordinary executables are unchanged.
