The key-order witness pass read every libCall typed as a record as an
opaque producer of that record, which pins the declaration order. A void
runtime call typed by its use site, such as error.nodeThrow in the
ternary that narrows a possibly-undefined binding before a member read,
never produces a value. A module-level accumulator enumerated in its
interface's order instead of its literal's. New corpus program 6915.
