Chris Tate afef6f09f5 Apply each request's maxHeaderSize to a pooled socket's parser
A request that took a socket from a keepAlive agent, either queued for a
freed socket or taking a free one, parsed its response with the parser
of the request that used the socket before, and with that request's
maxHeaderSize. A smaller limit was not enforced, and a larger or default
limit was cut down to the earlier one. The request now keeps its limit
(0 for the default) and applies it to the pooled parser when it takes
the socket, before any response bytes are parsed.

Corpus 5594 covers both handoffs with smaller, larger and default limits.
