A corpus program feeds UTF-8 file contents (sync, fd, promise and Buffer reads, BOM and CRLF lines) through regex test, exec span and full results, match, matchAll, replace/replaceAll with substitutions and callbacks, and split by regex, so the faster exec results and in-place UTF-8 reads are covered beyond exec and readFileSync.
