Chris Tate 9b317ba97d Allow the JSX lowering tests' TypeScript 5 import ...

jsx-source.test.ts compares the JSX rewrite with TypeScript 5's
transpileModule output, so it imports typescript5 as the other test
oracles on the TypeScript 5 island allowlist do. scripts/test-ts7.mjs
did not list it, and the TypeScript 7 parity job failed since #1786.
