Chris Tate 307f9e0009 Keep one heap-trim test block per four pages of any size ...

The test kept one live 48-byte block every 1,000 allocations, which on a
system with 64 KiB pages leaves a live block on every page, so no page held
only free blocks and the resident-memory check failed. It now keeps one
block per four pages of blocks, from the system's page size.
