- the tsc __esModule stamp and the void-init preamble (with later real assignments) lower to nothing instead of fencing at module load
- require() spreads in a module.exports table are star-re-export plumbing: names resolve statically and the module load rides the import edge
- island/mixin/shadow probes use a read-only peekLocal so speculative queries never thread capture state
- a capture threading through a non-lifted function fences with the binding named (SC1090, statement-deferred in JS) instead of the lowerer assertion
