Chris Tate 9f2e9b00c9 Write the limitations partials one sentence per line
Each limitations partial held its whole text on one line (map-and-set.mdx
was a single 1,080-character line), so any two edits to the same partial
conflicted. The partials now put one sentence per line, with a bullet's
continuation lines indented two spaces. Markdown joins the lines, so the
rendered pages are unchanged.

scripts/limitations-partials.mjs reads a labeled bullet's indented
continuation lines as part of the bullet when it splits and joins the page,
and AGENTS.md states the convention.

Executable builds with `--optimization=dev` support source breakpoints and native stack frames for compiled TypeScript and JavaScript.
LLVM builds include source names and lexical scopes for locals, parameters, captured bindings, and module globals.
Release builds and builds with `--strip` omit these source mappings.
On macOS, executable builds produce an adjacent `.dSYM` bundle using the Command Line Tools' `dsymutil`.
Debugger values use native representations.
Numbers and booleans display directly.
Strings expose their `ScrStr` layout, including UTF-8 `data` and byte `len`; tagged unions expose their `tag` and `slot` fields.
Other heap values and scalar bindings captured before initialization can appear as opaque pointers.
Debuggers can't evaluate TypeScript expressions or format values as JavaScript objects.
