Ben SabicandBen Sabic 1e48ebe187 chore(docs): add Technical Writer agent skill (#2447) 
Adds the technical-writer skill from vercel/chat to .agents/skills, with a
.claude symlink to .agents so Claude Code finds it. AGENTS.md now asks agents
to use the skill for prose in this repo.

CONTRIBUTING.md gets a matching "Writing with AI coding agents" section.
