tsgo rejects a call of `resolve()` without an argument when the
`new Promise()` that produced it has no type, and asks for a JSDoc hint;
tsc-ts accepts it. The two programs compiled under tsc-ts only, so the
checker-identity check failed on them. Each scenario function now
declares `@returns {Promise<void>}`, as corpus 1594 does. Their output is
unchanged.
