createInterface checks historySize before completer, as Node's
InterfaceConstructor does: setupHistoryManager runs before the completer
check, and its validateNumber names the option "size". Corpus 5781 now
passes an out-of-range historySize together with an invalid completer
and prints the historySize RangeError, as Node v24.22.0 does.
