Chris Tate 0cb45afc27 Fixture and manifest bookkeeping for the graduated lowerings
- default-export.ts diagnostics fixture repoints to the surviving export= fence (the mutable-default form graduated to corpus 2426)
- destructuring-fences.ts pins the class-instance residue: method extraction, rest elements, setter-only reads (field/getter destructures graduated to corpus 2429)
- surface-manifest sc1031 sample moves to the method-extraction refusal; manifest regenerated for the new builtin list and hint text
- order-parity baselines re-recorded: new fixtures 2426-2430, create-require, npm-reexport, and the SC1010 hint text

// The default-export family's residual fence: `export =` assignments (the
// CommonJS-interop spelling — no ESM analogue exists to lower it to).
// Default-exporting a MUTABLE binding — this fixture's previous subject —
// GRADUATED: `export default someLet` now registers Node's snapshot (the
// value when the export statement runs; corpus 2426 pins the split against
// the live `export { x as default }` spelling).
