Chris TateandJuan Gomez 4d67d0b2a6 fix(library): unwind unregistered callback traps 
- Defer host callback trap delivery until generated C and LLVM frames release owned values.
- Enable Linux leak detection and cover transitive, uncatchable callback traps.

Fixes #250
