Chris Tate 6ba522cfd8 refactor(c): split expression emission by family 
- Extract expression cases into focused literal, control, container, call, dynamic, and async emitters.
- Partition standard-library calls into prefix-dispatched domain families.
- Keep emitExpr as a thin exhaustive dispatcher with emission behavior unchanged.
