Chris Tate b843fe5818 Read optional elements and captured parameters without boxing ...

- Class-array element reads that are only compared, tested or optionally chained read through stack storage instead of allocating, including inside callbacks
- Captured parameters that are never rebound are boxed only when a closure is created, or kept in the frame for callbacks that only invoke them
- Add an opt-in debug trace explaining why values become runtime-optional, and restore the original character encoding of the recorded preflight baselines
