Chris Tate 9783d32a09 Count a constructor helper's field writes only where the call always runs
A helper method the constructor calls in a loop, after a short circuit or
in a conditional expression may not run, so the fields it writes are not
definitely assigned after the call. The analysis followed such helpers
with the constructor's own assigned set, and a later read of one of those
fields used a plain slot. Writes now count only for a call that is the
whole statement, a field write's value or a declaration's initializer.

The else branch of an if also starts from the capturing fields as they
were before the if, so a branch that replaces a closure field leaves the
earlier closure tracked on the other path.
