* perf(compiler): specialize typed-array element access

- Lower typed-array reads, writes, and lengths directly by IR element kind.
- Preserve coercion, bounds, and receiver lifetime semantics across C and LLVM.
- Cover emission, ABI layout, and Node-differential behavior.
