The one-shot zlib forms now accept any options value and validate it at
run time, so the lowering test's options cases expect no diagnostic, as
does inflateRawSync with options. A Brotli call keeps the SC2020
refusal.
- Enforce oxlint and oxfmt for owned JavaScript and TypeScript with independent CI checks.
- Preserve compiler import boundaries and protected fixtures while cleaning up lint findings.
- Standardize source formatting and validate import, fixture, and embedded-source protections.
- Compile the production C emitter and reproduce its output across native generations.
- Support the union operations, recursive spreads, and compression options needed by the emitter.
- Fix temporary ownership and verify the bootstrap and shared call operands with both backends and sanitizers.
