Chris Tate 3f66c8e20b Make LLVM the sole production backend
- Remove C emission, debugging options, and automatic backend fallback.
- Complete LLVM lowering and native bootstrap coverage across supported targets.
- Link executables and libraries with precompiled C runtime packs, including iOS and Android.

Chris Tate 39db8c0a99 feat(compiler): make lowering contexts natively compilable
- Run production scope and closure capture logic with native TypeScript 7 symbols.
- Give lowering caches explicit pass ownership and stable symbol identities.
- Support reference collection arrays and optional Set seeds on both native backends.

Chris Tate 7b007e03ef feat(compiler): bootstrap the LLVM emitter natively
- Run the production LLVM backend natively and reproduce its output across compiler generations.
- Replace unchecked emitter contexts with explicit shared state and callback hosts.
- Preserve NaN in serialized IR and respect optional record storage during spreads.

Chris Tate ffe5e27563 feat(compiler): run the IR validator natively (#493)
- Compile the production validator and exercise native IR construction and validation on C and LLVM.
- Preserve Error causes, wider callbacks, and discriminated JSON layouts in static programs.
- Version the IR and runtime ABI and cover the new compiler paths with differential and sanitizer tests.

Chris Tate 94fd361b54 Implement sparse native arrays and missing-value parity (#297)
Represent ordinary JavaScript arrays with hole, value, and explicit-undefined states; add sparse side storage and carry missing values through the frontend, native backends, runtime, and Node-facing consumers.

Chris Tate 469efdd7f0 refactor: clarify compiler module boundaries (#232)
* refactor: clarify compiler module boundaries

- Rename backend, frontend, IR, and cache modules for explicit ownership.
- Split native cache/vendor and frontend shared concerns into focused modules.
- Expand compiler context names and refresh imports, tests, and documentation.

* fix: preserve renamed compiler interfaces

Chris TateandDemonGPT a737fde346 feat(ffi): marshal foreign-thread callbacks (#164)
* feat(ffi): marshal foreign-thread callbacks

- Add format 5 foreign callback descriptors with strict retained, context, and void-return validation.
- Marshal copied callback arguments through an optional MPSC event-loop queue in both C and LLVM backends.
- Cover concurrent delivery, liveness, fairness, teardown, cross-platform builds, and document the boundary contract.

* feat(ffi): copy callback strings and spans

- Add format 3 callback classes for cstrings, UTF-8 spans, and byte spans.
