Chris TateandOlup 080cf5e227 fix(runtime): commit fiber stacks on demand (#478)
- Reduce async and generator memory use on Apple Silicon and Windows while preserving stack capacity.
- Cover memory commitment, suspension, and stack reuse with regression tests.
- Avoid undefined behavior when initializing the async ready queue.
