## Summary - restore the `neon-postgres` plugin directory, including its manifest, MCP server config, skills, and assets - register `neon-postgres` in `.agents/plugins/marketplace.json` under `Coding` - keep the marketplace entry ungated by `policy.products` so it appears in the main plugin marketplace ## Why PR #77 originally added the Neon Postgres plugin, but later cleanup removed the plugin files and marketplace entry.
