## Summary
- add barebones Clay, Calendly, Rox, and HG Insights app-backed plugins
- add repo marketplace entries for the new plugins
- add focused Otter.ai metadata cleanup while preserving existing
interface copy and prompts

## Validation
- validated Clay, Calendly, Rox, HG Insights, and Otter.ai manifests
with the plugin-creator validator
- verified marketplace JSON parses and diffs have no whitespace errors
- smoke tested Clay, Calendly, and Rox against installed test accounts
