## Summary
- Replace ChatGPT-specific plugin manifest copy with Codex copy for the
Codex-only plugins directory
- Remove remaining ChatGPT references from Readwise/HubSpot manifest
descriptions
- Keep this as metadata-only; no platform placeholder or client
rendering changes

## Test
- `jq empty plugins/*/.codex-plugin/plugin.json`
- `rg -n '\{platform\}|ChatGPT|chatgpt'
plugins/*/.codex-plugin/plugin.json` (no matches)
- `git diff --check`
- `npm test` in `plugins/plugin-eval`
