## Summary
- add `.agents/plugins/api_marketplace.json` for API key login users
- populate it with shared `./plugins/...` declarations for plugins that
declare `skills` and no `apps` or `mcpServers` for now
- note this doesn't take effect yet, we still need to wire up the
plugins sync
## Validation
- `jq` JSON parse and shape checks for
`.agents/plugins/api_marketplace.json`
- set equality check against manifests with `skills` and without
`apps`/`mcpServers`
- source path existence check for every API marketplace entry
- `rg` check for stale `api_users_plugins` / `api_users_marketplace`
references
- `git diff --check`
## Manual Verification
1. local codex setup pointing to new marketplace
2. declared plugins are shown
3. verify they are skill only
4. verify plugin installation works
Broader validation is left to CI because this is a narrow
marketplace/docs change.
## Summary
- add `build-macos-apps` as a new public Codex plugin for macOS app
development workflows
- include macOS-focused skills for build/run/debug loops, SwiftUI/AppKit
guidance, Liquid Glass, window management, telemetry, signing,
packaging, SwiftPM, and test triage
- add command entrypoints, assets, plugin metadata, marketplace
registration, and root README discovery
- document maintainable new-app scaffolding guidance so non-trivial
SwiftUI/macOS apps start with separate App, Views, Models, Stores,
Services, and Support files
## Notes
- keeps the plugin skills-first at the plugin level, matching the public
`build-ios-apps` shape
- uses public OpenAI metadata, policy URLs, MIT licensing, and Coding
category conventions
- preserves the `script/build_and_run.sh` and
`.codex/environments/environment.toml` run-button guidance while keeping
it separate from app source
## Validation
- `git diff --check` and `git diff --cached --check`
- JSON parsing for `plugins/build-macos-apps/.codex-plugin/plugin.json`
and `.agents/plugins/marketplace.json`
- alignment checks against
`plugins/build-ios-apps/.codex-plugin/plugin.json`
- skill frontmatter, asset path, marketplace ordering, and metadata
scrub checks
- grep/diff review for scaffold guidance consistency across
`swiftui-patterns`, `view-refactor`, `build-run-debug`, and directly
referenced component docs
### Overvoew
- Rename the `vibe-builder` plugin to `web-design` across the plugin
folder, manifest, README, agent metadata, top-level repo docs, and
marketplace registration.
- Expand the plugin with two additional frontend-oriented skills:
`react-best-practices` and `web-design-guidelines`.
- Update the plugin copy so the default prompt and descriptions reflect
UI review and React/web design workflows in addition to deployment,
payments, and database guidance.
# Validation
- Confirmed the git rename landed cleanly and the marketplace path now
points to `./plugins/web-design`.
- Verified the copied `react-best-practices` bundle includes its
supporting files such as `rules/`, `AGENTS.md`, `README.md`, and
`metadata.json`.
- No repo-wide automated test suite was run because this repository does
not appear to have a single build/test entrypoint.

## What changed
This consolidates the Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
plugin guidance into the existing Google Drive plugin so the plugins
repo now presents one Google file plugin instead of four separate ones.
Specifically:
- adds a real `google-drive` top-level skill that acts as the single
routing entrypoint
- moves the Docs, Sheets, and Slides skill content into
`google-drive/skills/google-drive/references/...` for progressive
disclosure
- removes the separate `google-docs`, `google-sheets`, and
`google-slides` plugin manifests and marketplace entries
- keeps the old static assets under `google-drive/assets/legacy/...` so
the content move is mostly file-preserving
- updates the README highlighted-plugin example from `google-slides` to
`google-drive`
## Validation
- `git diff --check`
- `jq empty .agents/plugins/marketplace.json`
- `jq empty plugins/google-drive/.codex-plugin/plugin.json`
- verified only `plugins/google-drive` remains as a Google file plugin
with both `.codex-plugin/plugin.json` and `.app.json`
## Summary
- port the richer `figma` and `notion` plugin bundles from
[openai/plugins-internal#6](https://github.com/openai/plugins-internal/pull/6)
- add the new `ios-design` and `vibe-builder` plugin examples with their
bundled skills, MCP metadata, and docs
- update the public marketplace and repo docs while preserving the
existing `.app.json` connector wiring for `figma` and `notion` and
normalizing imported manifests to this repo's conventions
## Verification
- `git diff --check`
- local JSON parse and manifest-target validation for
`.agents/plugins/marketplace.json`, `plugins/figma`, `plugins/notion`,
`plugins/ios-design`, and `plugins/vibe-builder`
