* feat(window-menu): add Windows titlebar application menus

* fix(window-menu): keep native popup anchors window-relative

Electron adds the content origin inside Menu.popup. Adding it in the titlebar bridge displaced menus whenever the window was away from the screen origin. Cover moved windows and interface zoom through real native popup calls.

* fix(window-menu): restore fullscreen layout and validation
