julyx10 373fc6eb69 fix(ci): scope pr-build release cleanup to rebuilt platforms ...

The publish step deleted every asset in the rolling `pr-build` release
before uploading, so a partial run (e.g. a macOS-only workflow_dispatch)
wiped the previously published Windows and Linux artifacts even though
those platforms were skipped.

Now derive the set of file extensions actually produced by this run and
delete only stale assets whose extension matches, so each run replaces
just the platforms it rebuilt and preserves the others. Extensions are
platform-unique (dmg | msi/msi.sig | deb/AppImage/zsync), which keeps the
cleanup correctly scoped. Also harden the upload against spaces in file
names and an empty file set.
